Human
Resource Audit
The Human Resource Audit helps assess the appropriateness and effectiveness
of existing Human Resource programs. For organizations that do not have
an internal Human Resource capability the audit provides an excellent
means of needs assessment. The audit addresses the following:
- provides a framework and a basis for measuring current and future Human
Resource program performance
- identifies needs and measures how well they are being met by existing
programs
- evaluates Human Resource activities in terms of contribution to organizational
objectives
- provides feedback on how well existing programs are integrated and
how well they consistently articulate corporate values
- promotes cost effectiveness by assessing activities and deleting or
fine-tuning them as needs change
- helps line management identify areas for improvement in discharging
their Human Resource responsibilities
- ensures programs and policies comply with relevant legislation.
Our perceptions and expectations model helps you identify gaps between
the expectations of management versus those of employees.
